Position Overview

As part of the People and Culture team, the Learning and Development Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to the learning and development function as well as design, develop and/or source learning activities for delivery to TCU Financial Group employees.

This includes:

Acting as support and first point of contact for support and troubleshooting relating to the Learning Management System and other learning activities.
Coordinating sessions and facilitators for all of TCU’s learning and development programs.
Creating learner accounts for relevant systems and training providers.
Administering post-training evaluation of learning activities.
Scheduling and coordinating organizational and departmental training with managers, supervisors, and employees.
Coordinating TCU onboarding training activities and learning paths within the Learning Management Software.

Qualifications

Grade 12 diploma.
Certificate in Adult Education or related education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Training in eLearning design principles and practices.
In-depth knowledge of co-operatives and the financial services industry.
Well-developed communication abilities, planning and organizational skills as well as problem-solving skills.
