This key role will focus on enhancing organizational performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between business strategies and talent development.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
As an Organizational Development (OD) Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's people and organizational strategies to meet business objectives. You will work closely with senior management to develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives that promote employee engagement, leadership development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Leadership Development Programs: Design and implement leadership training initiatives, ensuring high-potential employees are identified and groomed for future leadership roles.
- Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Drive employee engagement initiatives and measure overall satisfaction to improve retention and productivity.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Succession Planning: Establish and manage succession planning efforts, identifying key talent and ensuring a robust pipeline for critical roles.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in during organizational changes.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Develop and implement training programs that address skill gaps and foster continuous learning within the organization.
- Talent Management Strategy: Collaborate with HR to design and execute a talent management strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Culture Development: Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring organizational values are embedded in day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic OD Manager who combines deep organizational development expertise with a passion for driving business success through people.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align OD initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Change Management: Strong experience in leading organizational change efforts and ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring or growth phases.
- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture, with experience in the KSA or GCC markets highly preferred.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, OD certification) is a plus.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver impactful OD solutions that drive organizational success.
