As a Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's growth by working closely with senior leaders across the business to understand their hiring objectives and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals. Reporting directly to the Talent Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent acquisition solutions aligned with the company's goals and culture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive hiring excellence, maintain a strong employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Naturally you understand and enjoy the complexities of building high performing teams and are not afraid to speak up and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement in process efficiencies and candidate experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
- Identify, engage, activate and reactivate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, Hired, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
- Track, critique and make recommendations using metrics to report on hiring progress to the Talent Lead.
- Market map and candidate pipeline in our primary locations: UK, US, Lithuania and prospective geographies.
- Building, testing and measuring messaging to deliver a high touch candidate experience from initial contact, through funnel conversion.
- Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles, creating a more diverse and equitable work environment with previous experience improving an employer’s diversity recruiting strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, Data, Engineering, CX, FinCrime and People Ops to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
- An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
- Actively contribute to and support the evolution of the Talent and People Operations team; our culture, our solutions and people.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships both online and in person.
- 3+ years full lifecycle experience, hiring into multiple disciplines (eg. Eng & Ops) in a startup/ hyper-growth environment.
- The ability to identify and source high quality candidates and be responsible for landing them on the appropriate team. Right people, right place, right time, right cost.
- Expert time management and able to champion Talent best practice.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects for a variety of in team and companywide stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, but pragmatic. Flexible to change, eager to learn, proactive to react, accepting of failure. Thrives in a learning environment.
- Great at understanding/ tracking data. A critical thinker able to positively challenge those around you and build business cases based on experience, facts and Talent metrics to inform decision making within and outside Talent.
- Experience in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others to promote company initiatives, social events, and job ads, increasing engagement with prospective candidates.
- Talent & Ops mindset - connecting the dots, dependencies, removing bottlenecks by working with the Talent Lead & senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements
- This role will be required to attend our London (Paddington) office, 3/4 days per week
