Role Description:
The Talent Management Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on identifying development needs, creating training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to support organizational goals and individual career aspirations. The Talent Development Manager collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders to align development strategies with business priorities and ensures the successful execution of Talent Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement talent Management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
•Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans.
•Design, deliver, and oversee training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
•Implement leadership development programs and succession planning strategies.
•Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•Oversee the development of tools and frameworks to measure and improve employee performance, ensuring transparency and fairness.
•Develop and implement retention strategies that focus on career development, engagement programs, and recognition systems to minimize turnover.
•Monitor and manage employee satisfaction and engagement to enhance retention and build a positive workplace culture.
•Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of talent Management, performance management, and retention programs, making improvements as needed.
•Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to performance and retention, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy updates.
•Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of performance management and retention initiatives with organizational goals.
•Lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement, growth, and accountability across the organization.
Skills & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•7+ years of experience in talent Management, learning and Management, or related roles.
•Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent Management programs.
•Experience in performance management, coaching, and leadership development.
•Proficiency in performance management system
•Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Strategic thinking with the ability to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
