The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supports the design, development, and execution of full-cycle recruitment plans and talent-sourcing strategies.
- Manage the onboarding process so new hires are fully integrated into the company culture.
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Assists in the deployment, management, and measurement of learning and development programs.
- Develop employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain qualified employees.
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
- Oversees accurate and timely processing of all employee payrolls. To ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Use and manage an attendance tracking system to accurately track employee attendance, leave, and absence.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends related to employee recruitment, retention, turnover, and engagement.
- Use data analytics to provide insights that influence strategic HR decisions and better workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and sound judgment.
