The Role: Business & Executive Coach

We have a key focus within the UK construction sector; candidates with construction or build environment experience are preferred but optional.

Location: Remote/Home-based
Key traits and characteristics:
The requirements are confidence, drive, a great personality, adaptability, accountability, love life, and persistence. We love what we do and do what we love, and we want you to love your job as much as we love ours.
You must have at least six years of management/leadership experience in a business environment, including team management and specialist experience in middle management in at least one of the following areas: operations management, managing change, sales, project management, or construction.

Working within a growing team, your role will support growth and skill development across a diverse group of businesses primarily focused on the UK Construction Sector by delivering business and executive coaching programmes with the potential opportunity to develop your skills by providing leadership training programmes.
This position would suit a candidate with recent team leadership experience and a desire to develop others. They will have a dynamic, positive, and engaging personality.
Required Skills
- You MUST have previous experience as a business or executive coach, preferably within the UK construction sector, but optional.
- You are highly credible and build rapport quickly and easily.
- You understand performance management principles and can offer clear, appropriate, balanced and unambiguous advice in your given area of business expertise.
- You have excellent communication skills and can influence outcomes through collaboration, diplomacy and practical reasoning.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help drive company values and philosophy through business coaching, training and content development activities strategically linked to the organisation's mission and vision.
