I am pleased to be supporting a purpose driven real estate development business to appoint a Learning and Development Manager.

Our client builds high quality homes across the UK, they focus on regeneration and working together with communities to ensure sustainability and nature rich developments.
As Learning and Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in the business supporting the c 800 employees group on all L&D activity. This role will work as no 2 to the Head of HR as part of the new HR strategy and will design, implement and manage the learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of their employees and leaders.
You will work with the wider HR team to identify training needs and develop a learning curriculum and evaluate the effectiveness of their learning strategy. This role will have ownership of functional and leadership skills training, onboarding processes and employee development plans. The business has a LMS in place with Cornerstone and you will be manage and create content via the system.
About you..
You will be an experienced learning and development specialist who has worked across the construction, real estate or similar sectors. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the below areas:
- Design and delivery of effective learning programmes including workshops, e-learning and on the job training
- Delivered functional skill training and leadership development programs.
- Experience working with a LMS both imputing content and supporting employees on using the LMS effectively.
- Working in partnership with your colleagues in HR to do skill analysis to ascertain current and future learning needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and ambitious business that puts its people and people development first. You will be able to lead in the L&D role and help build the strategy alongside the Head of HR.
Working pattern: London office or onsite across 4 days of the week. There will be potential for flexibility around this as the role evolves.
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 + £5k travel allowance
