About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will bring your manufacturing and project management experience to guide new clients on their journey to success with Poka. Under the leadership of the Director of Professional Services, you’ll ensure that Poka’s digital tools are seamlessly implemented on factory floors, helping our clients leverage Poka to its fullest potential.

- Lead dynamic, multi-session onboarding experiences that ensure factory workers and managers are fully equipped to succeed with Poka's tools on their shop floors.
- Use your knowledge of manufacturing environments to create and improve training materials and deployment strategies tailored to each factory’s unique needs.
- Oversee the entire onboarding journey for new clients, from the initial kickoff to full go-live implementation in the manufacturing setting.
- Develop and execute tailored implementation plans that align with each client’s manufacturing processes and objectives.
- Provide in-depth training on Poka’s features, including digital work instructions, knowledge management, and communication tools, ensuring frontline workers and managers can fully utilize them.
- Work closely with internal teams—sales, product, and support—to ensure smooth client transitions and successful implementations on factory floors.
- Track and report on implementation progress, identifying and addressing any challenges that arise during factory rollouts.
- Collect and relay client feedback from the shop floor to refine the onboarding process and enhance Poka’s features.
- Maintain thorough records of client configurations and implementation processes, providing valuable insights for future manufacturing deployments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, such as continuous improvement, production supervision, maintenance management, or project management.
- Experience in project management, overseeing deployments or process improvements in manufacturing settings.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, KPIs, and the realities of factory operations.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow established standards and processes, adapt to changing environments, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
