Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred

- Assist with new employee /new leader orientations and other organizational effectiveness training workshops as appropriate

- Must have strong understanding of employee relations, leadership development, compensation, learning and training and HRIS. Experience with Workday HCM is a plus.
- Coordinates the intake and resolution of employee grievances in keeping with MHS policies.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on MHS Human Resources policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure appropriate Human Resource information is provided to business leaders which will support the successful alignment of Human Resource operations, programs, and services across the system.
- Accountable for developing, fostering, and maintaining an effective Human Resource relationship with assigned business leaders.
- Determine appropriate measures/metrics needed to provide on-going assessment of change management and process/performance improvement in determining effectiveness on overall business impact.
