The Opportunity
As our Talent and Performance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and managing programs that will shape UTs workforce strategy to retain and grow talent!
You will reporting to the Sr Director, Talent Management, and focus on supporting UserTesting to drive the People strategy, leveraging tools and technology to identify and develop internal talent and create a culture of continuous learning and growth. The impact you'll have will be wide reaching, improving people productivity as well as delivering analytics and workforce insights across the organization. You'll ensure that our current and future Leadership programs and experiences are optimized to deliver a pipeline of talent that is engaged and aligned to our company values.
This role can be based in Central or Eastern timezones in the US, the UK or Spain.
Other responsibilities and activities include:
- Partner with organizational leaders and PBPs to identify and develop solutions that will help continue to build and sustain a customer-focused, high-performance culture in which the values of the organization are modeled and embraced at all levels.
- Support leaders and PBPs to form plans that support employee’s wellbeing and maximizes their potential, performance, and growth, by leveraging a range of talent optimization activities, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and remaining flexible to meet client’s current and future goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and innovative approaches and collaborate with other teams such as talent acquisition, culture and experience, and talent development to provide a seamless partnership and service model for leaders to achieve their talent optimization goals.
- Act as an internal consultant to help leaders to build a high-performing workforce aligned with their business goals, leveraging a range of activities to form and drive an effective talent management strategy that supports employee wellbeing while maximizing potential and performance.
- Lead program management for senior leader growth and development offerings (RISE, Accelerate, LEAD), including 1:1 and team coaching services and learning related to talent management approaches.
- Through internal consulting with internal and external customers, identify opportunities for future Leadership programs and initiatives that will build capability and leadership pipeline
- Talent progression and talent progression
- Evolve and embed program our Performance management strategy
- Establish and embed Talent review process ensuring solid education and execution around the process thus enabling the organization to have a clear view of its talent landscape and to succession plan effectively.
- Career Model - responsible for the activation of our UT Competencies, the change management, adoption and integration into all our EE lifecycle areas
- Own and maintain all aspects of Talent optimization and Learning within Workday
- Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Manage workflow and deadlines efficiently, performing short and long-term planning
What we're looking for:
- You'll have a successful track record in talent management, preferably in the Tech industry
- You'll be an experienced Workday system user for talent management (even better if you've got experience with system configuration and implementation)
- You'll be have change management experience and experienced in developing and implementing projects and change initiatives
- You'll have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of partners and lead change, and support teams
- You'll have strong project management skills including planning, logistics, program management, scheduling, and budget adherence
- You'll be innovative and a problem-solver who acts on initiative and able to demonstrate end to end thinking
- You'll have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously whilst providing regular updates on progress
