What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Digital Learning Specialist, you will create and manage advanced digital learning content, using AI to develop innovative and engaging educational experiences that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
This role involves designing interactive modules, personalizing learning paths, and continuously improving content based on learner data.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Innovation:
- Develop high-quality digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive simulations. Use AI to create adaptive learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
Future of Learning:
- Stay updated with trends in AI, VR, AR, and other educational technologies. Recommend and integrate new technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
Technology Management:
- Manage and ensure the functionality and security of digital learning platforms. Curate learning pathways with partners like LinkedIn Learning and AWS.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure digital content meets high standards of usability, accessibility, and instructional design.
Content Updates and Maintenance:
- Regularly update learning materials to align with organizational goals and implement feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with subject matter experts to develop content that meets educational objectives and collaborate with the learning and development team to integrate digital content into training programs.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Use data analytics to track and improve the effectiveness of digital learning content.
What You Should Have
- Proven experience in creating and managing digital learning content, with proficiency in e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity with AI technologies for adaptive learning and AI-driven analytics.
- Strong creative and technical skills, capable of innovating and integrating new technologies into learning solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable in learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and managing digital learning content, including e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and multimedia resources.
