Who Are You?
- You are an elite developer of talent, teams, or skills with a passion for continuously learning about both the latest in behavior science and cutting-edge AI tools to drive growth and leadership effectiveness.
- You are a passionate leader with a proven track record in developing talent, coaching managers, and driving organizational transformation.
- You have experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or workforce coaching, with the ability to build high-impact programs that deliver measurable results.
- You have previously held roles such as Chief People Officer, Head of L&D, or Senior Leadership Trainer, or have worked with L&D teams and are eager to apply your expertise to empower the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities
- Work with Workplace Development Architect to define your core zone of genius and ideal organization and individual personas so development team can connect you with customer interventions
- Partner with Mattermore to deliver world-class coaching, training, and development programs to enterprise clients.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or 1:1 coaching for managers and teams for topics and personas that are with your zone of genius
- Serve as an ambassador for Mattermore, helping to generate leads and bring in new enterprise customers by showcasing the impact of our AI-powered L&D solutions.
- Leverage Mattermore's AI-driven insights to refine your trainings i and utilize tailored recommendations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or workforce coaching.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, leadership training, or behavior science-backed coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire managers and leaders.
- A passion for innovation and using technology to enhance learning and development.Experience in managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
