Job Description
As a Senior Manager - Learning and Development Solutions, you will manage teams of L&D professionals to create solutions to successfully achieve business goals. You will manage a team of internal consultants that provide learning and development services to multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Help your team manage their workload to ensure they achieve desired results
- Review and provide feedback to your team on their learning/development solutions and facilitation skills
- Coach, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills to meet the needs of the business, and are growing as L&D professionals
- Own large-scale L&D projects and strategy
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement in team processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D solutions/facilitation through measurement and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree – English or related discipline required; Masters Degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design (or equivalent role)
- 5+ years of experience leading virtual L&D teams
- 5+ years of experience in Program Facilitation
- Ability to run L&D programs end-to-end and facilitate ILT/VILT sessions as needed
- Mastery of Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Word, intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details: 117,578 - 161,670
The compensation amount is not guaranteed. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience and qualifications.
