Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Center Manager at FBTIHT in Riyadh. The Training Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing training programs, coordinating with instructors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The role involves creating a conducive learning environment, maintaining training standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Education Management, Training Program Development, and Staff Supervision
- Knowledge of English, Business, and IT training programs
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate with instructors and educational experts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
