How You Will Contribute:
We are looking for a People & Culture Partner role located in Milan who will act as main point of reference for her/his population for all People matters. The P&C Partner will take care of the main touchpoints of the employee experience, from recruiting to development, from operations to daily support and coaching, nurturing our culture and our people in one of the most exciting scale-ups on the market. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting activities (job description and job posting, CV screening, interviews with candidates, hiring proposals, contractual agreements) owning the end-to-end process for your population
- Curating and delivering our global onboarding process to ensure our new colleagues feel immediately at home and are quickly up to speed in their job
- Support on administrative and payroll activities, liasing with the external payrolls providers to ensure timely and compliant exchange of information
- Keep employee data up to date on our HR Management system to ensure excellence in our data-driven decisions and workforce analysis
- Take ownership for rolling out global people initiatives (such as performance review, development plans etc), ensuring clear and engaging communication, monitoring progress and measuring internal KPIs
- Be the face and active driver of our company culture through dedicated initiatives and leading by example
- Provide effective advice and support to your main stakeholders
- Advise colleague on relevant contract and labor issues, including grievances, appeals, and disciplinary issues
- Engage in a constant dialogue with the employees within your population, both on a 1:1 basis, as well as through more formal tools
How you will Succeed:
- At least 5 years of experience in People roles, with a focus on recruitment and people partnering.
- Excellent Italian (fluent or bilingual) and good English skills (C1 level).
- Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up business context is a bonus.
- Great Knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-changing, flexible and international environment.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited at the prospect of crafting the People function and agenda to support the growth of our people and our business.
- You are available (or even better, enthusiastic!) to travel across our various offices to be the voice, ears, and heart of the People team in LimoLane (traveling up to 20% of the time)
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS and learning platforms will be considered a plus.
