To provide an exceptional coaching experience that equips digital talent worldwide with the skills and tools to advance their careers, develop their self-leadership and achieve valuable career outcomes.
Role UK Salary Range at 100% Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) - £40-45k (pro-rated according to FTE for this role, expected between 50% and 60% FTE). Salaries for other regions will be considered based on local rates, etc.
What your day to day will look like with us (responsibilities & structure of this role)
- Deliver innovative, and engaging, career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities including:
- One to one coaching on individual career planning, career development and job search
- Group coaching on skills development,career and personal development
- Team coaching on developing effective and cohesive team working
- Encourage and motivate learners to progress their career development plan
- Deliver live coaching sessions across global time zones
- Network within industry, recruitment and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunities
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed (personal attributes & experience requirements)
- In depth experience as a career coach with a track record in coaching professionals at all levels to start, change and advance their careers
- Extensive experience in delivery of innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks including one to one, group and team coaching as well as delivery of training workshops (online and face to face) and content
- Experience of coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry. Recruitment/outplacement experience highly desirable
- Skilled in managing confidential sensitive information and personal data
- Strong collaborator with proven ability to quickly build rapport, and ability to build and develop strong coaching partnerships with clients
- Able to work flexibly to deliver coaching remotely with clients in locations worldwide
- Empathic, curious and motivational in supporting clients to have a exceptional experience of career transition
Qualifications
- Recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred) or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is required.
- Demonstrable commitment to regular coach supervision and CPD
- Qualification in or previous experience of administering and coaching on psychometric tools is highly desirable
