Learning & Training Partner to help our people build the skills, confidence and capability they need to thrive. This is an opportunity to shape learning across the business, partnering with teams to deliver engaging training, support career development and create a culture where people are always learning.
You'll be the driving force behind our learning agenda, identifying capability gaps, designing impactful development programmes and facilitating training that makes a genuine difference. From onboarding new starters and developing future leaders to supporting business change and new technologies, no two days are the same.
You Will
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across the business.
- Lead onboarding programmes that set new starters up for success.
- Partner with managers and senior leaders to identify development needs.
- Create innovative learning content using modern tools and technology.
- Measure learning impact and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
- Help teams embrace change, new systems and new ways of working.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in Learning & Development, Training or People Development.
- Is a confident facilitator who can engage audiences at all levels.
- Loves creating learning that is practical, impactful and memorable.
- Can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Has a genuine passion for helping people succeed and grow.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
