About the Opportunity
IntelliStaff is recruiting experienced financial trainers, advisors and capacity-development professionals for upcoming consulting assignments in Nunavut.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accounting and financial management training
- Provide training in budgeting, reporting and cash management
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation training
- Deliver year-end and audit-readiness training
- Provide financial systems and internal-controls training
- Coach and mentor staff
- Support financial literacy and governance training
- Develop manuals, procedures, templates and reference materials
- Provide knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations
Qualifications
Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:
- Accounting or financial management
- Adult learning or professional training
- Coaching or mentoring
- Financial systems
- Internal controls
- Policy and procedure development
- Public-sector finance
- Training-material development
Professional accounting or training credentials are assets.
