We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Head of People Operations and Recruitment you will bring to life the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring operational excellence is delivered from the in-house Talent team as well as have accountability for all projects related to Talent Acquisition.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and People professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and/or one of our offices near Guildford or Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What You'll Do
- Manage the in-house Talent Acquisition team on a daily basis to ensure compliance to process, delivery against SLA's and KPI's.
- Build the capability of the in-house Talent Acquisition team by providing clear expectations and direction.
- Leading the Talent Acquisition in Transformational projects, consisting of end to end Recruitment process, new sourcing methods and tools, talent pooling, SLA's, KPI's, career fairs and expansion of the Forseven network.
- Working with the Learning and Development team to ensure that Hiring Managers are fully trained in the end to end Recruitment process.
- Working with the People Business Partnering team to understand future demand.
- Constantly analyse the in-house/out-house model to ensure the best service is delivered to Hiring managers.
- Review tools used by the Talent Team on a quarterly to ensure they are fit for purpose, making justified business proposals for any changes required.
- Working alongside the Brand and People team, ensure that all external communications are on brand and in line with the employee value proposition
- Manage and review the PSL on a quarterly basis ensuring that any indirect hiring is within budget and to the inhouse SLA's.
- Ensure the annual budget is adhered, working with the Head of People Operations to review monthly and future spend.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting for use within the team, customers and the Executive team
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team in providing Insights into future skills shortages and high demand skills, ensuring that information is in a reportable format for internal customers.

- Expert knowledge in end to end recruitment process
- Expert in tools and resources required to successfully recruit
- Very analytical and proficient with ATS's, CRM's and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- An experience manager of people
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
