About the role
You will develop and execute the organizational change management and training approach for the program, including the adoption strategy and training delivery for three distinct audiences, from kickoff through handover.
What you will do
- Develop the organizational change and adoption strategy, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment and a readiness plan by audience.
- Build role-based, differentiated curriculum for facility staff, operational personnel and ServiceNow administrators.
- Develop training materials, including instructor guides, participant materials, job aids, quick reference cards and scenario-based exercises.
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions and hands-on workshops through the rollout.
- Build train-the-trainer capability so the client can sustain training.
- Design user-centered guidance and reinforcement that drive adoption of the new platform.
- Coordinate communications supporting the rollout, including leadership messaging and go-live notices.
- Track adoption and training completion, and report where uptake is lagging and why.
- Work with the technical writer and business analysts so training content matches delivered system behavior.
What you will bring
- Organizational change management and training delivery experience on enterprise platform rollouts.
- Demonstrated experience designing differentiated, role-based curricula aligned to each audience's responsibilities, skill level and system use.
- Strong facilitation skills in person and virtually, with non-technical operational audiences.
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption away from an entrenched manual process.
- Ability to measure adoption and act on what the measurement shows.
Qualifications, Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
- In place of the degree, eight additional years of relevant experience will be accepted, for a combined total of 13 years.
- Preferred: Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
- Preferred: ATD credential or equivalent instructional design qualification.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) for the administrator-facing curriculum.
- Preferred: prior federal training delivery experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
