Global Learning & Development Partner
Are you passionate about developing and nurturing high-performing teams? We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our fast-paced, award winning & growing AdTech business. You will be responsible for designing, delivering & facilitating an incredible employee learning experience throughout our global offices including UK, US, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, India, Singapore, Australia.
The People team is growing and there are exciting projects to be implemented throughout the year ahead. We require a Global Learning & Development Partner who is measured, enthusiastic & solutions driven to ensure each employee has an opportunity to grow with a fulfilling career at Blis.
In this role you’ll be responsible for increasing the capabilities of our people by creating learning paths for teams & departments so that employees can continually progress their skills. You will design and deliver leadership development programmes and partner the wider people team in building on our inclusive culture to allow employees to showcase their talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global People team, the diversity and inclusion committee, business leaders and other stakeholders to align, improve, design and deliver on key objectives in Blis’ L&D strategy
- Lead & facilitate global training and development initiatives
- Create memorable moments within the learning strategy to reward & excite employees
- Be the centre of excellence for our LMS platform
- Responsible for planning and developing effective learning strategies
- Through individual assessments & partnering with leaders, create learning paths that support employee career progression
- Devise People Leader training programmes that focus on both soft skills and management development
- Promote DEIB education and awareness through hosted training sessions
- Collaborate with external training providers and consultants to organise lunch and learn sessions and external speakers for specialised training programmes as needed
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs
- Design and implement learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives, through different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc
- Design and communicate annual Training Calendar to facilitate regular participation
- Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan
Skills and Requirements
- Proven history of supporting senior leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 3 years+ experience of implementing a range of learning strategies
- Impeccable organisation and administration skills with the ability to analyse data and create strategic action
- A passion for people, equality and wellbeing with a fantastic outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
- A self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and work in an agile, fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey important messages in a succinct manner
- Previous experience in managing LMS platforms (We use Docebo)
