Job Description
What you’ll do
In your role as HR Specialist, you are the right-hand to our HR Director and will get hands-on experience in the HR processes: from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, performance management, learning and development as well as compensation and benefits and off-boarding. You will play a key role understanding and documenting the needs for new team members, creating and publishing job ads, screening cv’s and interviewing candidates. You will ensure a smooth on-boarding by creating job offers, contracts and on-boarding programs.
In this role, you will interact with all our team members. You will attend to their requests and queries with efficiency and empathy, maintain HR records and manage our HRIS (Personio), and provide reports to management. Your goal is to support the sustainable growth of our team, so you will be involved in all activities for the retention and growth of our talented team members.
To excel in this role, it's essential that you have amazing English communication skills (written and spoken), you thrive in an international fast-moving environment and are eager to learn and get things done. This is the ideal job for someone starting a career in HR.

Next To That, You
- Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations).
- Have a master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Have exceptional written and spoken English communication skills and people skills (interviewing, presenting, facilitating, listening).
- Have strong social and stakeholder management skills.
- Are very organized and detail oriented, can keep track and work on different things simultaneously.
- Have ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
It would be very helpful for this role, if you have knowledge about Dutch labor law.
