Here's what you'll get up to!
- Partner with key stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments, identifying learning and development requirements across both legal and central teams. Employee development forms a key part of our EVP here at Stowe and you'll drive this forward
- Develop and implement a talent development strategy that aligns with the firms aims and objectives, ensuring cross-functional co-ordination
- Deliver training and coaching to colleagues both individually and in group settings
- Frequently evaluate and innovate the development initiatives, demonstrating ROI and effectiveness
- Lead on succession planning and the firm's early talent programme. Working closely with local leaders to assess capability, ensuring a suitable pipeline of talent to support the firm's growth
- Reporting to the Head of People Operations you'll work closely and create strong relationships with our People Partners to drive performance and development
- Lead on all leadership and management development across the firm
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development
What's our approach to work?
You'll have flexibility to work from home and any of our offices which suit your location. You design how your week looks! The role will require attendance at the Leeds office twice a month for team meetings with the wider people team, and frequent travel to other offices in the firm, depending on what you are working on.

Requirements
You'll likely be;
- A Learning & Development professional with strong Leadership and Management Development Experience
- Someone with a coaching qualification (or equivalent experience) and a genuine passion for the area.
- An engaging and confident facilitator
- Someone keen to make a significant impact in a firm with a track record of enhancing people's careers.
