About the Role
As a Learning & Development Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering operational Learning & Development services that support our Global Learning and People Development activities.
You will ensure reliable and efficient execution of standardized learning processes, administrate digital learning solutions, and provide operational support for employee development initiatives.
Working closely with the Global Center of Expertise for Learning & Development, you will help deliver a seamless learning experience while continuously improving operational excellence, data quality and service efficiency.
You will contribute to global learning operations, SAP Enable Now administration, and employee survey reporting, helping deliver engaging learning experience and valuable business insights. As our Shared Service Center grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your impact across additional learning services and systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operational Services
- Manage end-to-end seminar administration for external training and development activities, including participant registration, attendance follow-up and administrative closing activities.
- Process to purchase requisitions, obtain offers and support invoice-related activities using Ariba in line with defined procurement processes.
- Coordinate communication and documentation with external learning providers, trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, coordinate and administer onboarding and induction programs, including room for coordination, scheduling, participant communication and LMS administration.
- Create, publish and maintain training items and learning offerings in the LMS, including HR Online training entries, trainer alignment and participant information.
- Maintain training records and support learning data administration in the LMS to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Monitor training utilization and capacity approximately six weeks before delivery, identify deviations, and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Carry out administrative activities in Citax and ensure consistent documentation across relevant learning and administration systems.
Employee Survey Operations
- Administer participants, delegate and access management for the global Pulse Check and related employee survey activities.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and survey structures in line with defined governance and data protection requirements.
- Prepare standardized survey reports, stakeholder overviews, and operational status updates for HR and business stakeholders.
- Support the operational execution of current and future survey cycles, including preparation, launch support, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure data quality, documentation, completeness, and process consistency throughout the survey administration process.
SAP Enable Now Administration
- Provide operational administration and user support for SAP. Enable Now in line with defined platform standards and governance.
- Support users with platform-related questions, standard requests, and basic troubleshooting, coordinating escalations where required.
- Create, maintain and structure digital learning content and platform assets to ensure usability, consistency and quality.
- Support the publication and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA learning content for relevant target groups.
- Monitor quality standards for digital learning assets and support content reviews, updates, and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, trainers and subject matter experts during SAP S/4HANA enablement and related learning activities.
- Act as a project team member in the transition from SAP Enable Now to a new learning enablement platform, supporting testing and user adoption throughout the migration process.
Reporting & Data Management
- Create and maintain recurring operational reports, dashboards and stakeholder overviews for Learning & Development activities.
- Consolidate learning, participation, completion and evaluation of data from multiple systems and sources, including HR Online and the LMS.
- Analyze participation, completion, utilization, and evaluation data to identify trends, deviations, and potential follow-up needs.
- Monitor data quality, reporting consistency, and completeness of learning records across relevant systems.
- Support KPI reporting for Learning & Development activities and prepare data-based insights for HR, business stakeholders, and management.
- Follow up on participant feedback and evaluation results, ensuring that relevant input is documented, consolidated, and made available for continuous improvement.
- Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and standard reporting routines to support transparent and reliable learning operations.
Digital Learning Content Development
- Create high-quality global eLearning content using digital authoring tools and AI-based content creation solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards, learner needs and defined quality requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain digital learning content based on defined governance, quality standards, and templates.
- Support business functions and subject matter experts in transforming existing content into effective digital learning formats.
- Advise stakeholders throughout the content creation process, including structure, format, usability and learner experience considerations.
- Upload, publish, update and maintain global and local eLearning content in the Learning Management System and relevant learning platforms.
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility and compliance of learning materials across formats and target groups.
- Coordinate reviews, testing, approvals and documentation with relevant stakeholders before and after publication.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, Information Systems or a comparable field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Professional experience in HR Operations, Learning Administration, Shared Services or Business Support
- Experience working with HR systems or learning applications
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience working with operational processes and data management
