Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the operations team on data-driven projects to support the sales channel.

Provide frontline customer account support through technical and transactional processes.

Manage licensing additions and configurations across multiple platforms.

Develop scalable processes and frameworks to improve overall sales operations.

Work cross-functionally with other departments to incorporate sales operations insights into company-wide technical initiatives.

Improve processes and transparency in collaboration with the Professional Learning technical rostering and licensing teams.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.

Cross-train on Technical Sales Operations processes to serve as a reliable backup.

Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations with a strong focus on data and process.

Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com), Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products.

Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting is a plus.
