We are working with a client in locating a Organizational Development consultant to develop an Employee Value Proposition Strategy and conduct Global Competency Mapping.

Transition from a traditional mining operation to a forward-thinking, technologically advanced entity, highlighted by the recent opening of a fully autonomous mine. To sustain this momentum, they need expertise in future-ready skills and capabilities. They seek a consultant to develop an Employee Value Proposition Strategy and conduct Global Competency Mapping.
Required Expertise:
- Organizational Development:
- Proficiency in Total Rewards and Talent Management.
- Ability to align strategies with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Competency Development & Mapping:
- Experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks.
- Skills in mapping competencies for current and future needs.
- Change Management:
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Ability to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the current organizational structure and capabilities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights and understand strategic direction.
- Developing competency frameworks aligned with future goals.
- Creating and implementing an Employee Value Proposition Strategy for the Canadian Corporate office.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions for strategy communication and buy-in.
- Providing ongoing support and adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs.
Deliverables:
- Employee Value Proposition Strategy: Detailed and actionable strategy for the Canadian Corporate office to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Global Competency Mapping Strategy: Strategic plan outlining necessary global skills and competencies to support the company's vision and readiness for future challenges.

The pay range is $65 to $75 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
