We are hiring for Training Development Specialist
Location: Cumbria
- Experience in training analysis, instructional design, content development, and implementation of effective learning solutions.
- Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SEMS, and other business-critical digital platforms and applications.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct pilot sessions for newly developed training materials where required.
- Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, safety-critical, quality-assured, or highly controlled operational environments.
- Understanding of the importance of procedural compliance, governance, and assurance within training and operational delivery.
