Dentolo is looking for a highly qualified Senior Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in the growth and development of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge and competencies of our employees. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop training needs and programs, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of dentolo.
Your tasks
- Overseeing employee retention strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction with a strong focus on L&D.
- Developing and implementing strategic L&D concepts to further develop our talent and promote a continuous learning culture within the company.
- Regularly analyzing the learning needs of employees in order to continuously improve the L&D programs.
- Lead the L&D team and provide guidance and support.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in connection with L&D activities.
- Design, implementation and follow-up of internal learning formats (e.g. [management] training, learning paths, knowledge sharing sessions and mentoring programs).
- Selecting and working with external learning providers to supplement internal learning programs.
- Advising and supporting managers in the personnel development and career planning of their team members.
- Maintaining a network of L&D experts and organizations to integrate current trends and best practices.
Requirements

- A high level of creative motivation and implementation strength to create new things and further develop our Learning & Development offering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of adult learning and teaching methodology.
- Empathy and the ability to promote and develop a positive learning culture.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and technologies.
- Proven experience in personnel development and/or organisational development, as L&D Manager, Training Manager or in a similar function.
- Several years of experience in designing, leading and implementing L&D strategies in a similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - in German (at least C2 level) and English (at least B2 level).
