Learning & Development Program Lead

Within our Corporate Learning & Development team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Learning & Development Program Lead to propel our organization to even greater heights in learning content design and development! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $74,000 and $87,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

• Design and develop intuitive instructor-led and online learning solutions, selecting the most appropriate strategies and technologies to enhance the learning experience and impact.
• Create engaging eLearning content supporting Quality, HR, Safety, and other shared service teams.
• Deliver participant-centered instructor-led and online learning solutions, fostering learner engagement and producing desired behavioral changes.
• Lead facilitation for Leprino University, ensuring effective platform delivery with credibility and enthusiasm.
• Manage individual contributor programming, providing program management and administration support.
• Assist in other Learning & Development program initiatives as required.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• 3 years' experience in learning and development or a related training field.
• Proven experience in facilitating instructor-led training and group sessions in various training environments (i.e.: classroom, virtual, e-learning)
• The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in learning content design and development, Instructional Design, or related discipline.
• Certificate in Instructional Design.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and other e-learning development tools,
• Experience in Vyond or similar animated development tools.
• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing industry.
