What you will do:
In this role, you get to develop what matters most – our people and organizations. you will play a critical role in shaping our organization’s talent development strategy. As an integral part of the Enterprise Learning Team in Corporate HR, you’ll lead a global team of learning experts, ensuring the continued evolution and effective execution of our Leadership Development Portfolio.
How you will do it:
Leadership Program Execution:
Lead a global team responsible for executing a diverse portfolio of programs, ranging from individual contributor to director level.
Oversee nomination-based invitational programs, open enrollment leadership workshops, and high-performing team-building sessions.
Strategic Vision and Execution:
Define strategic goals for the leadership portfolio, aligning them with organizational objectives.
Drive program execution, measuring effectiveness and impact.
Collaboration with HR and Senior Leaders:
Industry Best Practices and Technology:
Program Design and Innovation:
Design and develop cutting-edge leadership programs and content that address emerging business challenges.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our learning offerings.
Senior Leader Engagement:
Work closely with senior executives, preparing them to actively sponsor and participate in leadership programs.
Facilitate engaging fireside chats, panel discussions, and other interactive sessions featuring senior leaders.
Regional Program Delivery:
Oversee the delivery of leadership development programs in all regions.
Facilitate key programs in the region, partnering with additional internal and external faculty as required.
Vendor Management and Budget Oversight:
Manage vendor relationships in the leadership skills space, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor program budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Metrics and Evaluation:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning programs.
Regularly evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong leadership skills required, including proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate cross-functional teams.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers and positively influence key constituents.
Ability to lead and manage large projects and a portfolio of projects.

Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Instructional Design/Organizational Development/Human Resources.
More than 10 years of experience in learning/talent roles.
Experience in large, complex organizations.
This can be a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office or a virtual/remote position.
