ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist for its client, one of the largest multinational retailers.
A successful Senior Learning & Development Specialist will have:
- Thorough understanding of how adults learn, develop and adopt new behaviors and cognitive models;
- Strong teamwork behavior, communication skills, proactiveness and long-term thinking;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in processing, analyzing and presenting data;
- Enhanced business orientation;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in a similar role in a human resource oriented organizational environment;
- Knowledge of Excel.
Your core priorities will be to:
- Participate in Learning & Development programs in line with company’s business objectives;
- Design and implement learning & development solutions;
- Roll out learning & development projects, being responsible of both planning (content, development, time frame), preparation (preparing training tools and materials, ensuring logistics, sending invitations, etc.) and programs' delivery;
- Run employee performance and potential evaluation process;
- Manage PM and LM platforms;
- Participate in on boarding programs for new employees (conduct HR induction sessions, monitor fulfillment of learning paths);
- Run reporting activities with regards to learning & development activities;
- Assess the impact of learning & development initiatives so that they can be improved on an ongoing basis;
- Take part in various HR projects, as required.
