We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Development Advisor to join our expanding Human Resources team. This newly created role will act as a first port of call for colleagues seeking advice on talent development matters, contributing to our growing Human Resources offering.
In this Talent Development Advisor role you will:
- Support the business stakeholders with general learning and development queries, providing updates on programmes where needed
- Support the Talent Development Business Partner, understanding business training needs and supporting the delivery of these
- Coordinate administrative aspects of learning and development programmes
- Gather and interpret training feedback, providing reports to support the measuring of ROI
- Own and manage our Apprenticeship Levy account and the Red Bull Technology Group Work Experience scheme
To be considered for this Talent Development Advisor role you will need to have:
- Experience in developing people and championing a learning culture
- Experience in Early Careers Apprentice development, including Levy management
- Strong understanding of the full learning cycle
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
