Learning & Development Coordinator
Title: Learning & Development Coordinator - Microsoft Dynamics Implementation
Duration: 11 Month +
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Support L&D team to execute on the Microsoft Dynamics on boarding program.
Understand CRM and align that with the knowledge base needed to successfully on board.
Using your knowledge of learning science or instruction design, develop a variety of simple, effective training materials that cater to a wide range of competencies, priorities, and needs.
Coordinate logistics of training events related to Microsoft Dynamics
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required in Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Education or Educational Technology.
Experience in Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design
Skilled in creating different forms of effective training content - competency in Articulate 360 a plus.
Strong familiarity with CRMs, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
Some experience with using LMS is a plus (SCORM, data and metrics performance tracking etc.)
Excellent communicator with astute project management skills.
Collaborative, flexible, and motivated individual with a commitment to excellence.
