What You'll Do
Logistics Mastery:
Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, from materials standardization to facility arrangements and refreshments.
Ensure smooth operations and problem-solve on the fly to keep courses running on schedule.
Innovate and streamline our L&D logistics for maximum efficiency.
Systems Expertise
Maintain precise records and up-to-date training courses in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Develop and execute our annual training plan, optimizing learner engagement with our LMS.
Organizational Connection
Curate evergreen content and facilitate real-time access to L&D information.
Proactively address queries to enhance clarity and availability of L&D resources.
Collaborate on L&D communications to keep our team informed and engaged.
Financial Fluency
Oversee internal billing and vendor payments for L&D activities.
Manage expenses and maintain training supplies efficiently.
Lead a growing team, including interns, in support of L&D initiatives.
Diverse Project Engagement
Contribute to policy development and best practices in L&D.
Take charge of the L&D component of our mystery shop system.
Future opportunities may include administering workforce development grants.
Reporting Line
You'll report directly to our Director of Learning and Development.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in learning and development.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and data analytics tools.
