Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
  • Facilitate workshops and activities aimed at enhancing system efficiency and effectiveness, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and obtaining project approvals.
  • Design and implement training plans and curriculum for healthcare information systems targeted at clinical users, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Assess current and future state operational needs, develop process maps, and create training plans to support operational system changes.
  • Analyze healthcare service delivery activities and assist in guiding the business through change and transformation processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to analyze and implement change in healthcare environments, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and frontline staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to clinicians and healthcare leaders through change initiatives, facilitating workshops and ensuring smooth transition processes.

Qualifications

  • 10 years’ experience participating in organizational change management (OCM) activities. Experience should include stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and readiness assessments. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 10 years.
  • 4 years’ experience facilitating organizational transformation activities and workshops to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. Activities should include developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval from project leads and clinical stakeholders, within the organization.
  • 3 years’ experience developing training plans and curriculum for healthcare information systems targeted at clinical users.
  • 3 years’ experience implementing changes to operational systems. Experience should include the assessment of current and future state needs, development of process maps, and training plan development.
  • 5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation.
  • 2 years’ experience participating on project teams that are performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare environment. Experience should include work with clinicians, front line staff, patients or health system leaders on healthcare improvement projects that include experience to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teams and key stakeholders, analysis of health service delivery activities, workshop facilitation, and assisting clinicians through change and transformation.
