Learning & Development Business Partner (Europe)

Permanent, full-time

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 Euros + company bonus

Reporting Line: Group People Director

Working: 4/5 days per week with flexible working options

Your Role

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the creation and execution of our L&D strategy, collaborating with our global People Team.
  • Program Development: Craft and refine training programs that cater to the evolving needs of our team and clients.
  • Influential Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships, influencing and engaging colleagues across Europe, the UK, South Africa, and the USA.
  • Program Delivery: Take charge of delivering impactful L&D programs that drive our organisation’s success.

Your Impact

  • Innovate and Collaborate: Introduce cutting-edge L&D technologies and foster partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
  • Social Media Savvy: Manage L&D content on social media to attract talent and showcase our commitment to development.
  • Data-Driven: Analyse European L&D data to measure the impact of our programs on performance and succession planning.

We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Professionals: Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and deliver engaging L&D content.
  • Dynamic Communicators: Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a charismatic and authentic approach.
  • Creative Thinkers: A growth mindset with a creative and resilient spirit.
  • Qualified Experts: Recognised qualifications in L&D or HR (desirable)
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and experience with AI-led training platforms or video content production.
  • Languages : English is our business language, but proficiency in multiple languages, including German, Dutch, or Spanish advantageous – but not essential!
