Job Description

Core Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the development and delivery of existing and new learning interventions on topics related to people, change and team development.
  • Collaborate with key colleagues across the LEGO Group to gather insights, align on existing and future skill needs to enable the delivery of business priorities.
  • Identify learning opportunities and skill gaps and actively use insights to ensure that the L&D offerings address the business needs.
  • Lead discovery and scoping to shape skills initiatives, in collaboration with relevant business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)(incl. detailed L&D needs analysis and sign- off of requirements)
  • Lead projects to design and deploy learning interventions, informally leading a project team of L&D managers and SMEs from the business to ensure a learning product which fully meets the need of the business.

As Senior Learning Manager, you will own the design and development of the people and team learning interventions for all across the LEGO Group. This is an exciting innovative role supporting the LEGO Group’s ambition to Energize Everybody Every day.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant learning and development experience within non functional skills e.g. business acumen, communication, growth mindset etc. in both global and local context. In addition, you bring a strategic attitude, strong communication skills as well as you have the power to influence through informal leadership. Finally, you are a solid relationship builder within your internal partner network.
