Role Overview

As a Learning Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning within our organization. Your mission will be to design engaging and impactful learning experiences that empower our employees and users. From collaborating with subject matter experts to leading virtual learning programs, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference and drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design with Purpose: Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft training programs that instill confidence in our technology solutions and industry best practices.

Innovate Learning: Develop customized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of different departments and teams.

Empathize with Users: Incorporate real-world examples into our certification programs to enhance user empathy and product understanding.

Lead with Technology: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver engaging learning experiences internally and externally.

Iterate for Improvement: Continuously refine learning materials based on feedback and data to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

Collaborate for Success: Partner with key customers to pilot product certification programs and foster a community of knowledgeable users.

Create Engaging Content: Utilize multimedia skills to develop diverse learning materials that drive organizational learning and results.

Translate Knowledge into Action: Transform departmental resources into actionable learning assignments, courses, and assessments.

Measure Success: Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Establish Excellence: Implement learning operations processes to maintain consistency and quality across all initiatives.

Facilitate Learning: Lead classroom and virtual learning programs to provide hands-on training experiences.

Curate Meaningful Content: Leverage community resources to identify and integrate valuable learning content and partnerships.

Develop Leaders: Design and deliver management and leadership development programs to support internal talent growth.

Champion Diversity: Drive the implementation and operationalization of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Development.

Strong understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.

Proficiency in course development and learning management systems.

Experience with multimedia tools such as Canva Pro, Articulate, and video editing software.

Background in Human Resources with relevant credentials (PHR, SPHR, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to facilitate live virtual learning sessions using platforms like Teams, Zoom, or Adobe Connect.
