Junior Talent Acquisition Manager: Early Careers and Employer Branding

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Early Careers and Employer Branding) to join L'Oréal UKI’s Talent Acquisition Team and be a key player in driving the Early Careers and Employer Branding remit. A DAY IN THE LIFE

Early Careers

Develop and deliver industry-leading selection and recruitment for all Early Careers programmes

Manage the execution of our annual Campus Tour including the early careers employer branding and recruitment events on campus

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding, whilst working collaboratively with the Programme Manager to ensure all recruits are onboarded successfully

Manage all external partners connected with Early Careers recruitment including Rate my Placement, Target Jobs and We Are Wiser

Develop and nurture relationships with key university partners

Manage our International innovation competition for students; Brandstorm

Ensure all recruitment activities have our DEI targets at its core

Be the expert in Early Careers, championing new initiatives and suppliers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment approach

Employer Branding

Work with our External marketing agencies, continuing our presence in the graduate market, and with the correct style and tone of voice we’re known internally and externally for

Ensure connection with European and Global colleagues, always sharing best practice and steering the conversation to ensure the UK & Ireland is looked at with envy throughout L’Oréal as best-in-class for Early Careers

Continually focus on digital innovation, ensuring our TA function continues to push the boundaries in our processes and activities

You will manage the Early Careers Apprentice.

Who You Are

Excellent communication skills: ability to build genuine relationships at all levels, to actively listen, question and influence people in a constructive way.

Organisational skills: ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to manage your own workload. Experience in managing large projects is useful

A drive to constantly improve - the status quo doesn’t roll in our team - we’re always looking to make things even better

Attention to detail: ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

Integrity and professionalism: to act as an ambassador for Early Careers and Employer Branding both internally and externally

Confidence and autonomy: in a small team you need to be comfortable speaking your mind, taking ownership of your objectives and helping others around you
