HR Services Specialist

Job Purpose
The HR Services Specialist will provide support by delivering accurate and timely administration of HR processes under the HR Services service offerings. This role will ensure operational excellence in HR Service offerings and initiatives. The HRS Specialists will also work on HR processes, projects, reporting and other initiatives as needed.

Job Purpose
The HR Services Specialist will provide support by delivering accurate and timely administration of HR processes under the HR Services service offerings. This role will ensure operational excellence in HR Service offerings and initiatives. The HRS Specialists will also work on HR processes, projects, reporting and other initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the different service offerings and initiatives including recruiting, talent and operations
- Be the SME for processes we support
- Manage the HR Services SharePoint site and Box folders
- Training lead for new coordinators
- Manage the HR communications email box
- Recruiting operations –ensure all processes are followed, review and create new process improvements
- New hire orientation and onboarding – review and ensure all processed are being followed, determine any changes to onboard as needed
- Talent coordination – launch training and / or other talent or learning initiatives
- Operations actions – ensure timely processing of approvals for transactions entered by employees or HR as needed including the supervisory orgs
- Process governance / compliance – ensure all processes and transactions are done appropriate and are compliant.
- Expenses and invoices - manage and submit expenses and invoices for services rendered as needed. Process referral payments as needed.
- Assist with other process and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR admin role
- Strong communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong customer service skills
