As a Learning and Development Lead at Temenos, your mission will be to help us create an environment where we can develop the skills and capabilities needed by the business and where all our people can have a great career experience.

OPPORTUNITES


  • Cultural Transformation: You will lead the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs to address organisation needs. Nurture a culture of lifelong learning and development, ensuring that our people have the opportunity to grow, develop, and play to their strengths.
  • Innovative Learning Solutions: You will experiment with solutions that go beyond traditional courses. Providing our people with access to digital resources and learning interventions that address real-time performance challenges, aligns with the pace of our business.
  • Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder management: You will collaborate closely with the wider People team and leaders to define business critical skills and priorities and design learning solutions that integrate seamlessly with the overall employee experience we want to create.
  • Leadership Development: You will design solutions to develop the skills and capabilities of our leaders at every level to support team performance and development.
  • Ownership and Options: You will design initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their careers and learning. Provide a range of options, resources, and experiences for their development.
  • Talent Development: You will conduct a needs analysis to identify skills gaps and link them with learning opportunities within the organisation. Create career-defining experiences such as peer-to-peer learning and sustain others such as mentoring, job shadowing, and launching new projects.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Analyse and utilise data and insights to understand our people’s needs and assess the effectiveness of learning. Continuously refine strategies based on feedback and data analysis.


Skills


  • You should have previous experience in Learning and Development roles, preferably in organisations with a modern approach to talent development.
  • You should have expertise in delivering training, product design, or customer experience design, with a track record of creating products that resonate with users.
  • You should have previous experience in using Articulate.
  • You should have a progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to HR and Learning & Development.
  • You should have strong project management and communication skills, coupled with the ability to market and promote learning initiatives effectively.
  • You should be digitally savvy – proficient in using learning technology and analytics tools.
  • You should have a creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and user-centric learning experiences.
  • You should have experience in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and optimise learning products for user satisfaction.
