We're looking for a Senior Learning & Talent Consultant to be responsible for supporting the Programme Leads to scope and manage a diverse portfolio of talent and learning initiatives.
Based in the UK, this role will operate on a fully remote basis.
About The Role
Working in partnership with a range of stakeholders (SMEs, HR, external partners and other business, talent and learning areas), you'll develop solutions and programmes to support the learning, talent and career development initiatives, and provide organisational capability consultancy across key initiatives.

About The Role
Working in partnership with a range of stakeholders (SMEs, HR, external partners and other business, talent and learning areas), you'll develop solutions and programmes to support the learning, talent and career development initiatives, and provide organisational capability consultancy across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- To engage with Senior-level stakeholders to understand the needs of the organisation and how this supports the aims, objectives, values and culture of the business.
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders in the development of comprehensive learning and performance strategic plans.
- Evaluate and screen business issues or business change initiatives to assess the need for performance analysis/diagnosis.
- Conduct performance analysis and associated reporting.
- Monitor and manage external vendor delivery quality and help to manage issues through the governance processes.
- Lead interactions with business stakeholders that identify business requirements to ensure that requirements are suitably aligned to business needs.
- Use appropriate challenge to test business requirements to ensure that requirements are suitably aligned to the function as well as the wider strategic intent.
- Undertake needs analysis, design and development and testing of Solutions with key stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring adherence to policy, standards and execution principles.
- Actively drive the transformation agenda, proactively communicating the organisational capability vision and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrates awareness of other HR disciplines e.g. hiring, talent, performance management, diversity & inclusion and reward, and how they interplay with learning solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in organisational capability including external trends and developments.
We need a strong learning professional with extensive experience in the generalist learning arena.
Also Required Is
- Proven experience in the talent field.
- Broad knowledge of learning, talent, and career development interventions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills.
- Significant business experience resulting in a high level of business and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
- General administration and good IT skills in particular MS Project.
