JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team at Venbrook Insurance Group as a Learning and Developlemt Specialist! This vital role is designed to enhance employee competencies and ensure top-notch training standards across various platforms used at Venbrook, including, but not limited to, AMS 360 and other Vertafore and Venbrook applications like ImageRight (WorkSmart).


What You Will Do: Training and Development:

•Develop and continually update a wide range of training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and digital resources, to ensure staff proficiency on various platforms, including our primary systems like AMS 360 and ImageRight (WorkSmart).

•Lead both personalized and group virtual training sessions to deepen understanding and foster effective use of our diverse systems.

•Provide ongoing training and support to optimize daily operations.

Data Auditing:

•Utilize auditing to identify training needs by analyzing data to pinpoint areas requiring more focus.

•Work closely with internal teams to provide additional skills training on various systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

•Document system processes, training activities, and auditing methods accurately to serve as a dependable reference.

•Generate comprehensive reports detailing audit findings, suggest improvements, and enhance training quality.

•Communicate findings and strategies for improvement to management, highlighting successes and areas for further development.


Continuous Improvement:

•Actively seek and incorporate new technologies to advance training programs and system processes, thereby increasing efficiency and enhancing training quality.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Information Technology, or related fields. Training development certifications (e.g., CPLP) are preferred, along with specific system experience with platforms like CRM AMS 360 and ImageRight (WorkSmart).

Technical Skills and Experience: Proficient in various systems including CRM AMS 360 and ImageRight (WorkSmart), experienced in developing and managing digital training materials, capable of leading both in-person and virtual training sessions, and adept at analyzing and presenting data-driven insights.

Professional Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, demonstrated problem-solving expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Personal Attributes: Passionate about education, maintains high integrity and accountability, proactive and self-driven, collaborative, and supportive, fostering a positive learning environment.
