Carex is partnering with a clean energy tech company and they are seeking a Learning & Development Lead, Revenue Operations (LDL) to be a part of their fast-paced, startup team. This role leads the process and quality initiatives for the Revenue Operations team, designs the department’s L&D strategy and owns the implementation of learning and assessment programs through performance monitoring, coaching, and team motivation. The LDL reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. This is an individual contributor role initially with the possibility of taking on minimal direct reports to support the larger organization and team needs as a whole. This role will coordinate with other team leads to monitor quality assurance and conduct re-trainings where necessary.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Design and perfect the employee onboarding experience for both the Enrollments and Subscription Management Revenue Operations teams.
  • Manage training schedules and lead training sessions for all employees. Initiate additional re-trainings and extra enrichment sessions for existing Revenue Operations team members as required/recommended by managers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to analyze the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience for:
    • Onboarding & Sign-Off
    • Performance enrichment plans
    • QA/QC
  • Work with Ops Leadership to use support metrics that identify broader team knowledge gaps and prioritize re-training/support materials appropriately.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge database that team members can leverage to find core information about the program, the product, and our internal processes.
  • Collaborate on building a QA process and rubric that will be leveraged by the team to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of our product, and to highlight areas where re-trainings or process improvement may be necessary.
  • Monthly reporting on overall QA and strategies for improvement where needed.
  • Support the development of new processes based on feedback from the team members in training.
  • Partnering with the product and engineering team to provide requirements.
  • Overseeing implementation and QA/QC of new product launches.
  • Updating our process documentation.


Accountability & Growth:

  • Post-training feedback.
  • Proof of learning (before and after increase in QA/Efficiency scores; initial trainee exam scores/PIPs).
  • Time-to-competence for new hires in :4 weeks.
  • Rate of adoption of new processes/methods by the team.
  • Overall impact on QA & Efficiency.
  • Guru updates to be managed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Lessonly updates to be managed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • QA (Playvox) tooling to be managed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • New hire satisfaction survey at the end of training.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a technology or operations environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs, including onboarding and continuing education.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with clean energy or tech industry a plus.
