Key Responsibilities
Design and guide all global people development processes, including talent development, performance feedback and succession planning. Drive corporate culture building activities to foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment. Steer diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Talent Development
- Develop and deliver employee training programs for all levels to enhance skills and capabilities in compliance with the company goals.
- Establish mentoring and coaching programs to support employee development and career growth.
- Design employee promotion policies and facilitate career-pathing discussions with high-potential employees.
- Organize and oversee the annual performance review process.
- Develop and implement employee engagement surveys.
- Design retention pograms for all levels globally and implement KPIs for employee retention.
- Develop and implement an internship and new graduate program for attracting young talent to the company.
- Responsibility for our PALfit team which fosters physical, mental and social health by providing holistic health programs
Talent Acquisition
- Develop new strategies and programs to attract and select high-potential talent globally and ensuring a positive candidates experience during the recruitment and hiring process.
- Review and improve sourcing and hiring procedures to guarantee a highly effective recruiting process and a proactively filled talent pipeline.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives such as events and social media campaigns in cooperation with marketing to improve the digital company visibility and strengthen the employer brand.
- Manage a central team of recruiting experts for EMEA and in dotted line the regional recruiting teams in NAM, LATAM and Asia.
Requirements
- MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- >5 years of work experience as Director or VP of Talent Management in an international role (minimum EMEA, optional as external consultant).
- Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs.
- Familiarity with performance management procedures and HR software.
- Eagerness to innovate and develop talent management strategies to the next level.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand business strategies and daily challenges.
- Lead by example, inspiring and influencing others through embodying exemplary qualities of leadership.
- Highly energetic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Great networking abilities with an international mindset and intercultural skills.
- Highly structured thinking and ability to create new concepts/strategies.
- Fluency in English (German optional).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.154,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
