The role

An exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Learning team in the Global Learning Academy has arisen!

The team Corporate Learning team is responsible for the design, development and deployment of essential learning for our colleagues across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving our corporate learning portfolio, ensuring that our learning is engaging, current and aligns with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate learning programmes
  • Build & maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation, learning about their needs and delivering learner centric solutions
  • Project manage new/key learning projects
  • Support with the BASI12 governance process for all regulated and corporate mandatory learning
