Head of EMEA Employee Training Transformation (f/m/x)
Your Role
As Head of EMEA Employee Training Transformation (f/m/x), you will drive the strategic transformation of employee training across the EMEA region. You will establish a demand-driven training approach, modernize learning concepts, and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery that supports business needs. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will act as a key driver of learning excellence and organizational change. Your key responsibilities include:
- Training Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a demand-driven planning approach for application, service, and sales training across the Caresphere Academy EMEA, META Academy, and Satellite Academies. Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, HR, regional leadership, and affiliates to align training capacity with business needs and workforce planning.
- Trainer Excellence & Governance: Manage assignment process of international EMEA product trainer team and continuously improve the qualification, sustainable trainer development and governance framework for the international EMEA trainer community, ensuring consistent training quality and standardized delivery by collaborating with training delivery functions.
- Learning Transformation: Drive the transition to modern learning concepts by expanding blended, continuous and adaptive learning formats, increasing training efficiency, and enabling training teams to adopt innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
- Learning Strategy & Optimization: Ensure the successful implementation of the EMEA learning strategy by reviewing training concepts from a didactical perspective, optimizing learning formats, and balancing learning effectiveness with training efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Technical Service, HR, Learning Campus, regional organizations, and affiliates to successfully implement balanced EMEA-wide learning time framework and drive organizational change.
Your Profile
You will thrive in this role if you are a strategic and collaborative leader with a passion for learning transformation and the ability to drive change in an international matrix organization. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- A university degree or significant professional experience in Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a comparable field
- Experience leading international transformation projects, learning initiatives, or organizational development programs
- Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, blended learning concepts, and digital learning technologies
- Excellent project management, analytical, and conceptual skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions
- A diplomatic, collaborative, and change-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
