This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow and excel in the area of technical recruitment.

As a Part-Time Technical Recruiter at Blanc Labs, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying and attracting top technical talent. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting the first round of behavioral interviews, and headhunting for key technical positions. Your efforts will ensure that we are equipped with a high-performing team capable of driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job postings, headhunting, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for technical positions
• Conduct initial behavioral interviews to assess candidates' fit with Blanc Labs' culture and values
• Coordinate with the hiring team to arrange technical interviews and facilitate the interview process
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Provide a shortlist of top candidates to hiring managers, along with insightful assessments
• Stay abreast of trends and advancements in technical recruitment strategies
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Blanc Labs as an employer of choice
  
  
  

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in software development and IT roles
• Strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to assess candidates' technical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Self-motivated and passionate about contributing to the growth and success of Blanc Labs
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential to increase based on business needs
• Bi-Lingual Spanish-English is nice to have
