Summary

As a Senior Learning Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and analysis of learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) and experience platforms. You will lead multiple complex projects related to learning technology and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Additionally, you may facilitate learning events related to learning technology. Your role involves consulting with unit/division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, and providing insights into learning technology solutions. You'll stay updated on industry standards and best practices to drive continuous innovation in learning technology.

Responsibilities

Consult with unit/division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, providing insights into learning technology solutions.

Lead multiple complex projects related to learning technology, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

Apply deep understanding of LMS components to help business units leverage learning technology to solve business problems.

Act as a liaison to ensure smooth operation and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

Provide reports and analysis to ensure learning and development initiatives achieve intended goals.

Lead the technical and functional oversight of learning management systems and experience platforms.

Monitor organizational and industry changes, updating training programs accordingly.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with LMS administrative duties required.

Strong track record of managing learning technology and consultation engagements in complex organizations required.

Experience with Cornerstone API integrations and/or Health Stream LMS (eeds) is a plus.

Graduate/professional Work Or Advanced Degree, Or Equivalent Experience Required.

Cornerstone certified preferred.
