We are creating a new role to strengthen digital learning across the AGRANA group. This is not only about maintaining learning content, it is about shaping a modern digital learning environment that helps employees build the skills they need for today and tomorrow.
What you’ll actually do
As Digital Learning Specialist, you’ll help design, curate, and manage digital learning solutions for employees across AGRANA. You’ll work closely with global and local HR teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to make learning accessible, relevant, and easy to use.
- Create Digital Learning Content: You’ll develop engaging eLearning content and learning materials using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
- Curate the Learning Offer: You’ll keep our eLearning library relevant, up to date, and easy to navigate for employees and managers.
- Set Up Learning Paths: You’ll build structured learning paths, for example in leadership development, that guide learners through meaningful development journeys.
- Use Learning Analytics: You’ll monitor adoption, usage, and completion data to understand what works and where we can improve the learning offer.
- Drive Digital Innovation: You’ll explore and drive AI learning use cases and take ownership of our LMS environment, helping us get the most out of Workday Learning.
What we’re looking for
- Digital Learning Experience: You bring 3–5 years of experience in a digital learning, learning technology, or learning design environment.
- Language Skills: You are very proficient in English and can communicate clearly with stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Authoring Tool Skills: You have hands-on experience with content authoring tools, ideally Articulate Rise or similar platforms.
- LMS Know-How: Experience with an LMS is advantageous; experience with Workday Learning would be a strong plus.
- Curiosity & Ownership: You enjoy exploring new learning technologies, translating business needs into practical solutions, and taking ownership in a role that is still being shaped.
